You have enough on your plate. We work in a way that provides tangible support to the work you do. Whilst we will bespoke our service to your situation below is the way we usually work:
Typical project cycle
1. Can we help you?
The very first stage is to understand if we can deliver what you are looking for. We typically start to work this out over the phone or via a 30 minute video call
2. Early one page proposal
We don’t want to waste your time or ours so we pull together a one page proposal based on our findings which outlines the process we think would work for you and indicative costs.
3. Discovery
If you are happy with the initial proposal then we start to work with you more closely and this is where the fun begins. Whilst we will have a broad understanding of your needs we usually need to understand the nuts and bolts of your situation to be sure the solution is right for you. Here you can expect a more in-depth meeting where we run through some standard questions so we can build a more in depth proposal to be taken to your board or decision making committee for approval. This discovery phase has a cost attached to it
4. Project Plan
From the discovery call we will flesh out a more detailed proposal that outlines the projects timescales, costs and dependencies. This plan is often used as a board paper and/or to provide the meat for a funding bid.
6. Delivery
Delivering the project to an agreed timeframe and cost – simple enough!
